(“us”, “we”, or “our”, “crew”).

Our Terms and Conditions apply to all those who use our services. When you are using our Service, you accept to confirm our Terms of Business. Should you not agree with any part of our Terms, then you may not access the Service.

BOOKING

To book your chosen holiday, please refer to our website or you can make a booking in person at our registered office address in Greece.

Guests who book their holiday via our website need to ensure that all details are accurate, complete and up-to-date at the time. Please ensure your full name (as it appears on your passport, including middle names) and details are correct when submitting your booking.

The person responsible for concluding a booking with us warrants that they are of at least 18 years of age on the date of the Booking. Please note, children under 5 years of age at the Date of Departure will not be allowed to embark on the boat and every guest under 18 years of age needs to be accompanied by an adult. Unfortunately, our boat is not specifically designed or adapted to suit the needs of disabled or reduced mobility passengers, nor has disabled toilets or baby-changing facilities.

After selecting the desired holiday, you must pay in full to All Day Cruise at the time the Booking is made. Should you make the booking at our registered office address in Greece, you must pay in cash at our office or prior to boarding, if any places are being left on the day of the cruise. In case no funds are being received we will cancel your booking.

Providing your chosen dates are available and that we have received all the appropriate documents and payments from you, we will send you our Confirmation Invoice (will be received within 24 hours of booking). Please note that at this stage, a binding contract between us, Alldaycruise and all the guests as stipulated on the booking has been created. Please check all details are correct as soon as you receive your Confirmation Invoice and if any details appear to be incorrect, it is your sole duty to notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Please note, no birds, dogs or any other pets or animals (expect registered Assistance Dogs), dangerous articles, or controlled or prohibited substances may be brought on the boat. Passengers found with dangerous, contraband items or explosives will be reported immediately to the Public Authority. Disregarding these instructions, you, hereby, accept to compensate us for any damage, expenses or losses caused by your actions.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and should you have reasons to believe that your account has been used illegally without your permission you must notify us immediately.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties if All Day Cruise or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets. We also have a legal and moral obligation to disclose such information in order to enforce or apply our Terms or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our guests, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service (including but not limited to copyright laws) or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

EMBARKATION & DISEMBARKATION

Please ensure you have all your booking confirmation details and passports for all the guests as shown on your booking confirmation.

We will not delay the boat’s departure should you fail to embark the boat at the advertised sailing times. In such circumstances where you fail to embark the vessel prior sailing, you will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or contribution to or reimbursement of travel costs or expenses, and you will be liable to pay any fines or losses. You can take on with you a small handbag with all the necessary toiletries, towels and all the additional items that you might require for this journey (please do not forget to get sunscreen protection, sunglasses, head cover etc.). Please keep your belongings and valuable goods (documents, money, wallets, phones, jewelry etc.) with you at all times, as you, hereby, accept that we are not to be held liable for any lost properties, values or goods of any nature.

The Health and Safety of our guests is our number one priority. Following the cruise departure, crew members will guide the guests through a mandatory drill to ensure they know what to do in the unlikely event of an emergency. There are displayed safety instructions and procedures at key points of each boat.

We politely ask parents not to allow their children to play unsupervised while on the boat

The minimum drinking age for all alcoholic beverages is 18 years of age. Guests, who violate any alcohol policies, (over-consume, provide alcohol to people under the above-stated age, demonstrate irresponsible behavior, may be disembarked or not allowed to board, at their own expense. We reserve the right to restrict the drinking privileges of any guest, regardless of age.

We can accommodate most special dietary requests, such as vegetarian and food allergies, however, some limitations apply, such as, unfortunately at present, we are unable to accommodate a Kosher or Halal diet onboard. Please notify us in advance of your dietary requirements or if you have any food allergies (e.g. peanuts, fish, eggs etc).

Please note that children’s menus are not available.

The medical services available and medications kept onboard are extremely limited, we are only equipped for first aid and minor conditions only. Guests must bring an adequate stock of any specific medications they need. We are not liable for losses suffered (including through illness, injury and/or death) because of a medical condition, the treatment of which requires expertise beyond that held by the onboard staff, equipment or drugs beyond what is carried on board.

Smoking, including smoking-like products such as electronic cigarettes, is permitted, as advised by the crew members, in a designated smoking area.

To make the most of your holiday, you are free to explore and make your own arrangements at each port we stop. We will escort you on our dinghy tender boat (8 people capacity) to the shore. Please make sure you are back to embark on time as we do not provide a guide or an escort.

LOST AND FOUND

Items found on our ships are sent to our company head office in Athens. Please contact us as soon as you realize you are missing any personal belongings.

WEATHER

All Day Cruise cannot and will not accept liability for adverse weather conditions during your holiday. We regret that we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the Service is affected by circumstances amounting to FORCE MAJEURE (including any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as, for example, war or threat of war, civil conflict, natural or nuclear disaster, industrial dispute, health risks, terrorist activity, technical problems to transport, adverse weather conditions, airport closures, fire and all similar events).

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

We require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled departure, otherwise, we will charge you a cancellation fee as below:

• 50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not inform us of your cancellation (or any changes affecting the initial booking) by 6 to 3 days before your scheduled departure.

• 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure or No show.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

LIABILITY

All Day Cruise shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, expense, damage, delay, costs or compensation (whether direct, indirect or consequential). For the avoidance of doubt, we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from its own negligence or for any other loss which it is not permitted to exclude under the law.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
