Cancellation & weather policy
How we handle cancellations, weather-related changes and refunds. Day cruises and private charters follow different refund rules because the economics of selling seats vs chartering a whole vessel are different. The policy that applies to your booking is the one shown on that tour's page and in your confirmation email.
Private cruises, weekly charters & multi-day trips
30 / 14-day sliding scale
Private cruises and multi-day charters: full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before departure, 50% refund between 14 and 30 days before, no refund inside 14 days. Weather-cancelled departures are rescheduled at no cost or fully refunded at your choice.
If weather cancels the trip
If we cancel a departure due to unsafe weather, you can either reschedule to another available date at no extra cost or receive a full refund.
How to cancel or reschedule
Email info@alldaycruise.net or reply to your booking confirmation with your reference number. We'll confirm the cancellation or reschedule within a few hours and process any refund on the original card the same day.
