Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the All Day Cruise website at https://alldaycruise.net and the cruise, charter and transfer services we provide. By booking a cruise or using our website, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Operator information

All Day Cruise operates daily cruises and private charters from Marina Zeas, Piraeus, Athens, Greece. We are a licensed tour operator in Greece. For questions, contact us at info@alldaycruise.net or +30 211 4139 743.

2. Bookings and payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received via our secure Stripe checkout or, for private charters, after written confirmation from our team.
• Prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• A booking is personal to the named lead guest; please ensure the email address and phone number you provide are correct — we use them to send confirmations and departure updates.

3. Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. Full refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Within 48 hours of departure: no refund is available, except when cancellation is caused by us or by weather conditions (see below).
• To cancel or modify a booking, email info@alldaycruise.net with your booking reference.

4. Weather cancellations

Sea conditions and local weather can force us to cancel or reschedule. When we cancel due to weather or safety concerns, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a reschedule to another available date at no extra cost. The captain's decision is final for safety reasons.

5. Late arrivals and no-shows

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. We cannot delay a departure for guests who arrive late, and late arrivals or no-shows are not entitled to a refund.

6. Health, safety and insurance

• Guests must follow crew instructions and safety briefings at all times. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to anyone who is visibly intoxicated, aggressive, or poses a risk to themselves or others.
• Please disclose any medical conditions, pregnancies, or mobility limitations when booking so we can advise whether the cruise is suitable.
• We carry operator liability insurance as required by Greek law. Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended and remains your responsibility.

7. Personal belongings

We are not responsible for the loss of, damage to, or theft of personal belongings brought onboard. Please keep valuables on your person or leave them at your accommodation.

8. Itinerary changes

Cruise itineraries may change due to weather, operational needs, or safety considerations. We aim to deliver the advertised experience but reserve the right to adapt the route, inclusions or timing when necessary.

9. Private charters

Private charter terms are governed by a separate charter agreement shared at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the boat and date. The full charter terms take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a cruise is limited to the price you paid for that cruise. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for any loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (weather, strikes, port closures, force majeure).

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photography, video, branding, and code — is owned by All Day Cruise or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Piraeus, Greece.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
